What you'll contribute to: We are seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role supports our procurement function, focusing on maximizing value from the acquisition of goods and services, and involves supporting Source to Contract activities across QAL entities. How will you make an impact? To succeed, you should have prior experience in Source to Contract projects, with 5+ years in operational/service-based contracts, and relevant tertiary education. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. You will help develop and implement procurement strategies and utilize your stakeholder management skills to achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage end-to-end sourcing projectsSupport drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure legal and company complianceAssist in contract management, including performance reviews, variations, renewals, and terminations to maximize valueDevelop key supplier relationship management (SRM) strategies to improve performance and valueIdentify cost-saving and value-adding opportunitiesLead or participate in initiatives to improve procurement processes, procedures, and systems What we offer you?
