In this role, you'll drive the adoption and growth of our high-quality Interventional Therapy solutions, helping improve patient outcomes through innovative care.Reporting to the Business Development Manager- Interventional Therapy, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand their needs, present tailored product solutions, and achieve sales targets.
You'll also work alongside fellow Product Specialists, Clinical Educators, and the Marketing team to ensure smooth product training and implementation, with a focus on both expanding and maintaining a successful territory.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentifying customer needs, generating leads and present product informationDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAttending cases and providing technical support during surgical proceduresFacilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service trainingDeveloping effective relationships with key opinion leadersAuditing and maintaining consignment stock within hospitals of your territoryAbout YouYour background will include:Several years' experience in a similar portfolio, withinCardiac Catheter LabsProven experience working with Consultants and Nurses in the chosen field and multidisciplinary teamsProven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital systemAble to deliver long term, customer focused solutions.Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills.Excellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detailAdditional requirement :To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver's Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.In return, you'll have access to and benefit from:Flexible working conditions.Paid parental leave and community/volunteering leave.17.5% annual leave loading.Tailored career development opportunities.About UsOperating since ****, the B.Braun Australia Group is dedicated to advancing healthcare across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
