About the Role
As a Community Enrolled Nurse, and as a part of our wider clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and independence of our clients within their homes. Operating under the supervision of our Registered Nurses, this position provides flexibility to help design working patterns while delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care under appropriate clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality Enrolled Nursing services in the community, including client assessments (within scope), care delivery, documentation, and communication
* Assist with medication support, wound care, personal care, and chronic condition management in line with scope of practice
* Organise and prioritise client caseload in line with service needs and clinical direction
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, carers, and the multidisciplinary care team
* Support Registered Nurses and Allied Health clinicians in implementing care plans
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
* Previous experience in community care, aged care, or a similar autonomous environment (desirable but not essential)
* National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one
* Australian Driver's License
