We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to support the Regional Manager in managing staff and resources to successfully deliver Employment Services across the North North Western Tasmania Employment Region in the Workforce Australia Services program.
About the Role
The Team Leader plays a critical role, with responsibility for the leadership, management, and coordination of the Workforce Australia Services contract across multiple sites within an Employment Region. They ensure that the company’s operational and financial objectives are achieved.
The incumbent is required to have exceptional communication skills, conflict management and resolution abilities, and the capacity to manage a demanding schedule while providing leadership and direction to Mentors and other direct reports as required.
