About the Role
This is an unmissable opportunity to join the diverse team at Rise Early Learning Orange as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and Team Leader for the Preschool space, providing guidance, structure, and support across the room. You'll help influence meaningful outcomes for children while inspiring and mentoring your team to reach their full potential. The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
* Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
* Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
* Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday
* Passion for and motivation to actively embed and model the RIE approach
* Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
* Flair for building and maintaining positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check
* Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
* Solid demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices
* Available for full-time work, all days/hours the service is operational (Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm), and able to be flexible as required
* Mentoring and/or leadership experience (desirable), paired with considerable recent experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educator (essential), ideally with the preschool age group
* Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety, and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
