We design and manufacture aluminium awnings and hoods and pioneered the first bracket-less awning system. We are committed to creating building products that are both beautiful and intuitive to use.
We are seeking an experienced aluminium welder who can use their high-standard skills in a task focused and fast-paced environment.

The Role
As our Welder / Fabrication Labourer, you'll be TIG welding aluminium, sanding and buffing to a smooth finish, and working with care and accuracy to meet our high standards. You'll be part of a collaborative, experienced crew in a safe and supportive workshop environment. And best of all - you'll work hard across four solid days and enjoy a 3 day weekend, every week, giving you more time for what matters most at home on the Coast.

What You'll Do:
* Perform TIG welding on aluminium components to precise specifications.
* Buff and finish welds using 180-grit abrasives to achieve a smooth, clean surface.
* Sand and prepare surfaces for finishing.
* Operate a 5" angle grinder confidently and safely.
* Follow safety and quality assurance procedures at all times.

More About You:
* Experienced TIG aluminium welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
* Skilled in buffing and finishing welds to a high standard.
* Confident using sanding tools and grinders.
* Experience in sheet metal fabrication highly regarded.
* Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg).
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
* Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
* Ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.
