As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will lead the coordinated delivery of customer-friendly, engaging, and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities.
You will facilitate the development of product roadmaps and the delivery of products and services that holistically balance the needs of our customers and the business. Working within our Content Team, collaborating with stakeholders across Product and Marketing teams to effectively execute strategic initiatives that drive alignment with organizational objectives and ensure the successful achievement of key business goals.
If you enjoy promoting and supporting the adoption of agile practices and are responsible for executing the Product Delivery Lifecycle-including requirements analysis/definition, resourcing, delivery estimation, progress & budget tracking, risk & issue management, and release planning-we encourage you to apply!
Day to day:
* Lead and coach one or more agile delivery teams
* Advocate, support, and coach Agile ways of working
* Promote Agile principles to delivery teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements
* Facilitate Agile events: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
* Gather user requirements through workshops, validate user stories for sprint planning
* Monitor and report delivery metrics, manage issues, provide updates to stakeholders
* Organize feedback collection, analyze customer insights, adjust strategies
* Coach team members and business leaders
* Support agile team transformation and adoption of agile values
Who you are:
* Experience leading delivery teams in an Agile environment
* Understanding of Lean and Agile principles and processes
* Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices
* Technical experience in travel or internet-scale environments
* Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent team leadership and coaching skills
* Proactive in risk and opportunity management
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
