**About the role**
Parts Manager needed within heavy vehicles dealership based in Nowra.
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to an established Australian business. Base + Comms
**Duties**
- Ensure Stock management processes are in place to maximise sales & gross opportunities
- New & Existing customer strategies are implemented/enhanced to maximise sales growth
- Truck parts experience preferred (light vehicle/ heavy machinery/ag equipment experience may be considered)
- Self-motivated at all times
- Front counter and phone sales
- Analyses parts performance and improve performance levels
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to build relationships.
- Good understanding of cost control
- Daily management reporting and analysis across the
- Parts business Review Trade & Retail business opportunities
**Skills and experience**
- Skilled parts interpreter
- Highly experienced team leader
- Good computer skills (Titan DMS)
- experience in the automotive parts industry or similar fields.
- A proven track record of success in sales preferably automotive; with a proven ability to grow a business
- Ability to sell over the phone and in person
- Must know the industry
- Proven ability to meet budgets & KPIs
- Hold a current Forklift License
- Hold a driver's license
