What You will be doing:
● Cert lll and above: Providing or supporting nurturing, developmentally appropriate education and care for children aged 0-5 years
● Planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging learning programs based on early learning frameworks
● Conducting observations and documentation to track and support children's progress and development
● Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth
● Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
● Educational Leader (ECT role): leading curriculum development, mentoring educators, ensuring high-quality educational practices across the centre
● Leadership roles: guiding and mentoring team members, managing centre operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
What We are Looking For:
● Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ECT) depending on role applied for.
● Current First Aid certification including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Commitment to quality education and care, teamwork, and continuous professional development
● A current Working With Children Check
● Right to work in Australia
