Job Description
City Investment Solutions Ltd is offering a remote internship-style training program designed for motivated individuals who want to gain practical experience in financial markets and trading.
This structured learning opportunity includes 1-on-1 mentorship, full access to our proprietary trading education, and a performance-based path to managing company capital on a profit-sharing model.
No prior trading experience is required, but participants must be ready to open and trade their own live account with a regulated broker during the evaluation phase. This real-market exposure is essential to assess your trading skills, discipline, and risk management.
What You'll Gain
* One-on-one live mentorship from experienced traders
* Full access to our structured remote trading program
* Certificate of Completion after successful participation
* Opportunity to qualify for a company-funded account with up to 80% profit share
* Flexible, remote schedule that fits around study or part-time work
* Hands-on experience using MetaTrader 5 (MT5) with regulated brokers
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for students or recent graduates who are:
* Studying (or recently completed) Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related fields
* Ambitious, coachable, and genuinely interested in trading and market analysis
* Ready and able to fund a live trading account with approximately $800 AUD (~$500 USD) during the training program
* Available to engage remotely over a 4–6 week evaluation period
* Comfortable learning independently and committed to completing the full process
Important Notes
* This is not a salaried position. It is a training and performance-based program
* There is no guaranteed income — success in the evaluation stage leads to the opportunity to trade company funds on a commission basis
