Business Development Role
As a senior business development professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales specialists in the region. Your key objectives will include developing strategic business plans, directing your team, identifying and targeting key clients, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics.
* Develop and implement strategic business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within key accounts.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
* Identify and target key clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
* Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
