We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team for the Back to School period. As a Sales Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, helping customers find their perfect fit with top brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
* Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
* Acknowledge orders and dispatch online orders
* Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
* Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit
Requirements
* Full availability from mid-November to mid-February – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day.
* Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
* Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
* Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
* Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
* Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
