About the Role
As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading all store sales activities, including customer interactions and daily task list completion
* Organising and participating in sales employees training through targeted role plays, observing customer interactions, and more
* Maintaining all aspects of store merchandising according to our Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking
* Collaborating with Retail Marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to our sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and experience in leading peers
* Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team
* Experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Sound computer proficiency
* Ability to cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base
