Business Development / Trade Manager – Gold Coast Showroom

The Opportunity

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for luxury interiors and commercial growth? This is your chance to step into a dynamic, career-defining role as a Business Development / Trade Manager in the Gold Coast showroom. You'll manage existing trade relationships while proactively sourcing new commercial clients, including architects, designers, decorators, landscapers, and retailers.

This is a hybrid role – 3 days in the showroom connecting with clients and 2 days out on the road building new business, giving you autonomy to shape your role and make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct client meetings and onboard new trade clients, acting as the key brand ambassador.
* Develop, maintain, and expand the trade database across the state.
* Source new clients and establish long-term, high-value commercial relationships.
* Achieve trade sales targets and budgets through innovative, local activation strategies.
* Collaborate with retail and interior design teams to support both residential and commercial leads.
* Assist marketing with brand activation strategies and local partnerships.

About You

* 2–3 years' experience in sales, trade management, or client-facing roles, with flexibility for strong transferable skills.
* Confident, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging presence.
* Passionate about luxury interiors and building strong, lasting client relationships.
