About the Role
The Business Support team is responsible for delivering high-standard administrative and business support to operational teams and depots.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Program Support Officers, Team Leaders, and Works Supervisors to provide administrative tasks including:
* Processing timesheets, overtime, and TIL allowances
* Labour costing, invoicing, and accounts payable administration
* Materials ordering, uniforms, and office supplies
* Purchase orders
* Local facilities and fleet administration
* Office support and stationery
* Accommodation and travel
* General administration support
You will exercise independent judgment to ensure project records are accurate, maintain quality records, and provide advice and information to depot staff. You will also assist with procurement of materials, plant, and equipment, processing asset disposals, and undertake stocktakes at depots.

* Accepting deliveries and verifying quantities ordered
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Providing administrative and business support services
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Meeting and event management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years' experience in a similar or comparable role, preferably in a government/public service context. You will be proficient in MS Office packages, Oracle, MS Teams, SharePoint, or other similar administrative tools and systems.
