Personal Assistant to Director


The Hired Home | Sydney

$75,000 – $90,000 + super | Full-time | Hybrid Role

The Hired Home is a leading property styling business, delivering beautifully presented homes that attract buyers and drive results. We are seeking an organised, proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to provide hands-on support across day-to-day business operations.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

About the Role


Working closely with the Director, you will support the daily flow of the business by managing schedules, communication, administration, and coordination. You'll be the person who keeps track of details, follows things up, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a hybrid role, split between warehouse, onsite, and work-from-home, depending on daily business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily priorities
* Assist with email management, correspondence, and follow-ups
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and clients
* Support job scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
* Prepare documents, proposals, and general administration
* Assist with invoicing, approvals, and office administration
* Coordinate meetings, logistics, and key deadlines
* Attend warehouse or onsite locations as required
* A valid driver's licence is essential for warehouse and onsite visits
* Provide ad-hoc support to the Director as needed

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or similar role
* A minimum of 1-2 years of Personal Assistant experience is required
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and follow-up ability
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working across warehouse, onsite, and remote environments
* Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Previous experience in interior design, property styling, or real estate is highly regarded
* Experience in creative, property, or service-based businesses preferred

Salary & Benefits

* $75,000 – $90,000 + super, depending on experience
