The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running Qld residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Your duties will include -
Dealing with the clients, Agents, Brokers and other Solicitors
Contract perusal, online searches
Following up on outstanding conditions
Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
and general file management duties
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 4 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary
Well established law firm based at Bundall.
6 staff in total.
Offers benefits such as birthday leave, fully stocked kitchen.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $95,000 + Super).
