Sales Consultant

A leading luxury jewellery sales consultant is required to join a successful sales team based in Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement and Consultation: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our extensive jewellery collection, including materials, design details, and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
* Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach.
* Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the essence of our brand and uphold its reputation by maintaining a polished and sophisticated appearance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience within the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in the luxury jewellery sector.
* Proven track record in smashing sales targets within a similar retail environment.
* Confident communicator with experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up CRM and troubleshoot to resolve issues smoothly.
* Adaptability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
* Motivated self-starter who takes initiative on tasks without being told what to do.
* Team player who likes to share knowledge, wins, and lend a helping hand fostering a collaborative and copacetic workplace.
* Proactive problem-solver with innovative ideas or solutions.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly, concisely, and engagingly across differing channels.
* Customer-centric with a passion for luxury products and creativity when styling products.
* Results-oriented with a positive mindset and passion for striving for excellence.
