We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to join a rapid-growing clean tech business that’s reshaping the future of sustainable transport. This is a mid-senior role with big scope for impact, ideal for a creative, commercially sharp marketer who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, partnerships, and events that fuel growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be at the centre of the company’s growth strategy. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, from integrated campaigns and CRM comms to events and co-marketing with partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Content, and Sales to keep the brand top-of-mind across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across email, paid, social, PR, and content
- Design and manage CRM/HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and customer comms
- Build and execute an annual events and activations calendar (trade shows, conferences, roadshows)
- Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key partners (OEMs, fleets, energy providers, installers)
- Own campaign and event measurement, reporting outcomes to leadership
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in marketing (campaigns, events, partnerships or CRM), ideally in tech, sustainability, automotive or energy
- Proven success running end-to-end integrated campaigns with HubSpot experience
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence negotiating partnerships and managing budgets
- Excellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Collaborative and hands-on approach, with great stakeholder management skills
- A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking
