About the Role:
You will be working closely with participant in their own home and in the community, providing care and supports which include:
* Personal care (including bowel care, catheter care and showering)
* Manual Handling (using a hoist/lifter)
* Medication Management
* Assistance in the community (appointments and errands)
* Domestic tasks (cleaning and laundry)
* Meal preparation
Shifts currently on offer include but are not limited to:
Monday – Sunday from:
* 7:00am -9:30am
* 11/11:30am - 5pm
* 5pm - 11pm (sleepover)
Flexibility is required, as hours may change, and you may also be offered fill-in shifts when covering absences.
