Lead Kitchen Professional
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Kitchen Professional to join our team. This is a key role that will see you working closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our kitchen.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen operations are running efficiently and effectively, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and drinks
* Manage kitchen staff, including training, development, and performance management
* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and portion control systems
* Monitor and control inventory, waste, and costs
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in a senior kitchen leadership position
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* The ability to lead and motivate a team
