About the role
* Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store, including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, and stock.
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
* Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
* Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
* Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
* Encourage development within the team by providing timely feedback.
* Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
About you
* Passionate and motivated to deliver results, with the confidence to support your manager and team.
* Excellent communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
* Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in management is advantageous.
