About the role
You'll be responsible for leading and optimising all aspects of the used vehicle operation including stock control, pricing strategy, sales performance and team leadership; while identifying opportunities to further increase volume and margin.

* Has proven experience managing a high-volume used car operation
* Knows how to maintain momentum while improving systems and results
* Understands stock turn, pricing strategies, and market trendsIs a hands‐on leader who can motivate and hold a team accountable
