The Clinical Program Coordinator role combines clinical interventions with milieu management. The primary responsibility is to deliver clinical services, including planning, individual sessions, groups, and assessments in collaboration with the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality clinical services to patients, families, and groups.
* Develop and implement treatment plans, conducting interviews, developing psychological histories, assessing therapeutic needs, and creating treatment objectives and summaries.
* Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
* Assist with daily milieu needs and collaborate with management on program improvements.

Requirements:
* Masters degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
* Registered Intern with the state of Florida (counseling).
* Preferred: One year of direct clinical experience with children and/or adolescents in family, individual, and group therapy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical assessment skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
