Development Manager - Land
As the Development Manager, you will take full ownership of residential land development projects across Victoria — from site acquisition through to project delivery.
You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality master planned communities that align with business objectives and market demand.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from acquisition through to planning, delivery, and completion.
* Manage consultant teams through design, planning approvals, servicing strategies, and civil works.
* Oversee construction and delivery timelines to ensure quality outcomes and on-time completions.
* Develop and manage project budgets, feasibilities, and cash flows.
* Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior stakeholders.
* Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with councils, utility authorities, JV partners, agents, and internal teams.
* Liaise with planning authorities to secure approvals and manage compliance requirements.
* Contribute to the broader development strategy and pipeline planning.
* Keep abreast of market trends to inform acquisition and product decisions.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction, or a related field.
* 5+ years' experience in end-to-end land or residential development.
* Proven capability in managing large-scale, masterplanned or greenfield developments.
* Strong skills in financial modelling, feasibility, and project planning.
* In-depth knowledge of planning systems and land subdivision processes.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially astute.
