Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide consistent virtual therapy to clients who need reliable follow-through. This role focuses on clear assessments, practical treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination. The work is structured, steady, and centered on progress rather than volume.
Responsibilities
* Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
* Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
* Complete progress notes and clinical documentation on time
* Review care plans for clarity and continuity
* Provide clinical input on cases needing additional support
* Maintain compliance with Arkansas regulations and standards
Qualifications
* Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
* Master's degree in Social Work
* Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
* Experience managing a caseload independently
* Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
