Key Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties.
* Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
* Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes.
* Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships.
* Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients.
* Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
Pay rate $18‐$20 per hour
