Concession Manager
We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to drive sales growth, manage stock levels and lead a high-performing team of concession staff. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive customer-focused culture, creating memorable experiences with every interaction
* Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession operation
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
* A supportive leader, able to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, assisting in driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
