Step Into Your Next Chapter
* Manage and monitor student fee accounts and other receivables
* Issue invoices, statements, and receipts to parents/guardians
* Record payments accurately (cash, bank transfers, POS, online platforms)
* Follow up on outstanding fees and manage arrears professionally
* Reconcile accounts and prepare receivable reports
* Liaise with parents, enrolments, and administration staff on billing matters
* Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with school policies
* Support audits and end-of-term/end-of-year financial processes
* Qatsif knowledge
* Dunnings procedure and process knowledge
