Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from professionals at all stages of their accounting journey:
* Accountants & Senior Accountants – Build your technical expertise, work closely with clients, and gain exposure to a range of industries.
* Assistant Managers & Managers – Lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.
* Senior Managers – Drive strategic outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and shape the future of our Albany office.
What You'll Do
Depending on your level, you'll be involved in:
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
* Managing client relationships and delivering commercial insights
* Leading and mentoring team members
* Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
* Contributing to a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
About you:

* A degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it)
* Experience in a professional services environment
* A proactive, client-focused mindset
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A desire to grow, personally and professionally
