We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Amity Property Group sales team. This is a genuine entry point into property sales, designed for someone who is ready to grow, not just fill a seat.

The Role
You will be the connective tissue of the sales team, supporting the Head of Sales and Property Specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive outstanding outcomes.
Day to day, you will be:
* Following up leads, scheduling appointments and managing client communication so no opportunity is left waiting
* Conducting cold calls and database outreach to keep the pipeline moving and relationships warm
* Running display suites, open homes and property inspections to Amity's standard of presentation and care
* Supporting prospecting activity and helping identify new business opportunities
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to the team's information flow
* Preparing client-facing materials, correspondence and documentation with attention to detail
* Growing into progressively more complex sales responsibilities over time
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.
Your roster runs Monday to Saturday with a fixed rostered day off during the week.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who shows up with energy, takes client service seriously and is hungry to build a career in property.
You are the right fit if you:
* Have a background in sales, customer service, hospitality or administration and understand what it means to represent a brand with care
* Communicate clearly and warmly, in writing and in person, and always follow through
* Are self-motivated and resilient. Sales is not always straightforward, and you bring energy regardless
* Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate, or are actively working towards it
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle for client-facing activity
* Are proficient in office software and confident learning CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
* Mandarin Speaking (advantageous)
It is a genuine advantage if you have worked in a call centre or hospitality environment or have some exposure to the property or real estate sector.
