What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators and teachers to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
* Oversee all aspects of centre operations - staffing, budgeting, compliance, and family communications.
* Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
* Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
* Champion the highest standards of safety, quality, and child wellbeing.
To Be Successful, You'll Bring:
* A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Current First Aid, CPR and WWCC.
* National Police Check
* Solid understanding of the operational and business aspects of running a childcare service.
* Sound knowledge and experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.
