About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the processing plants and achieving optimum product recovery. This involves providing technical support and advice to stakeholders, developing training packages and procedures, and assisting plant operator crews and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver technical support and advice to stakeholders to ensure successful ramp-up and ongoing operations of the processing plants.
2. Assist in developing training packages, priority operating systems, and procedures.
3. Support the development of training packages and procedures.
4. Collaborate with plant operator crews and technical teams.
5. Supervise contracts.
6. Cultivate a culture of values within the team.
7. Report on the process plant's performance.
8. Tackle any issues that may arise.
9. Support accurate budgeting.
10. Evaluate risks and opportunities.
11. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
