About the Role
This is a leadership position responsible for managing non-fresh products in store, presenting an exceptional customer experience.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the grocery department. You will take pride in contributing to a welcoming and engaging store environment.
1. Leadership Experience: Direct leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
2. Team Management: Ability to look ahead, energise your team to deliver with pride.
3. Quality Standards: To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure our visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
