**Skills and Experience**
- Assessment of job sale submissions in relation to regularity siting and compliance
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of job bin database requirements is maintained
- Everything in accordance with company standards, policies and practices
- Proactively communicate with all relevant business stakeholders as appropriate, to advise and assist them in resolving issues raised during workflow based on best practice and company policy
- Prepare and write reports
- on both a regular and as required basis
- A minimum of 2 years in a customer service/administration role with a residential builder
