An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time. Location: Hindmarsh.

You will provide high quality professional administrative and coordination support to our Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and work closely with senior managers on key priorities and projects. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional internal and external customer service with the utmost discretion and high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Managing confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.

Contributing to the delivery of project outcomes, strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.

Providing high level administrative support to a broad range of projects and committees including minute taking, coordinating agendas and papers and other support as required.

Maintaining a smooth workflow through the office and ensuring that senior staff receive all briefing papers and background information prior to meetings.

Supporting project delivery including the management of steering committee meetings and the administrative support required to ensure productive outcomes of such committees.

Assisting in the development and management of business plans, policies and processes to support high quality service delivery.

Undertaking post‑implementation reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, reviewing and streamlining processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in providing high‑quality administrative support within a fast‑paced environment including agendas, documentation preparation and minute taking.

Strong sense of autonomy, initiative and the ability to independently coordinate a busy workload with key deadlines and changing priorities.

Demonstrated organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise work, establish deadlines, use initiative and work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner with an achievement focus.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as a customer and people‑centric approach.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Advanced comprehension and communication skills with ability to review information and translate meetings and discussions into meaningful summaries and actions – both written and verbal.

Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Valid driver’s licence (Class C).

Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent on‑the‑job experience (preferred).

Experience in committee management including agendas, documentation preparation and minute taking (preferred).

Experience with supporting project management (preferred).

Flexible working arrangements, including part‑time employment, will be considered.
