* Deliver substantial value to customers through meticulous deal negotiation, ensuring alignment with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and customer business proposals.
* Drive customer-centricity by being the voice of the customer, influencing go-to-market strategies, and providing feedback on product requirements and sales blockers.
* Maintain expertise across the Microsoft Cloud, staying current with industry trends to deliver informed guidance.
* Identify customer digital transformation needs, business drivers, perspective, and concerns, establishing and understanding buying decision criteria and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 7 years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent qualification.
* 6+ years of solution or services sales experience.
* The ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
