About the Role
As Guest Experience Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Front Office team, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that defines Trawool Estate.
You will lead by example, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily Hotel Reception operations
* Lead, train, motivate and develop a diverse and enthusiastic team
* Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure
* Proactively resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
* Support team performance to achieve operational and service excellence
* Working closely with the Housekeeping team
* Guest reservations across multiple outlets
* Administrative support to all departments across the hotel
About You
* Previous Front Office experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisor role (highly regarded)
* A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
* Strong administrative and communication skills
