We are a highly recommended MSP primarily based in regional Victoria with an expanding client base, therefore due to growth, we a searching for a Level 2 Support Engineer with knowledge across M365, Cisco and Virtualisation practices.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Level 2 Support Engineer you will handle escalated issues from Level 1, providing more in-depth troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management. you will set up and support user devices, manage system access, resolve complex tickets, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, escalating only the most advanced problems to senior engineers.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..
* Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
* Previous experience troubleshooting Cisco Networks across LAN/WAN as well as VoIP
* At least 3 years' experience with M365 and Azure
* understanding and demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis within a helpdesk role
* Strong communication skills
* Driver's License and a readily accessible vehicle
IT'S NICE TO HAVE…..
* Azure and Microsoft Certifications
* Understanding of the Citrix environment
* Experience with 3CX will be beneficial
