Reporting to the Head of Digital & CRM, this role is all about shaping the way customers experience SHEIKE across Email, SMS, Web Push and lifecycle programs. You'll blend creativity and data to deliver personalised journeys that drive engagement, loyalty, and lasting customer relationships.
A Day in the Life
You'll be the heartbeat of our customer communication strategy – designing, implementing, and optimising CRM initiatives that connect customers to the SHEIKE world in a personal, memorable way. Your key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing CRM and lifecycle strategies that drive engagement, retention and revenue
* Leading our Email and SMS program, from planning and briefing through to build, testing and deployment
* Managing lifecycle flows including welcome, post‑purchase, win‑back and loyalty journeys
* Leveraging CDP data to create segments and deliver personalised, targeted content
* Collaborating with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
* Owning CRM reporting – monitoring open rate, CTR, conversions, retention and revenue attribution
* Identifying opportunities to enhance automation, customer journeys, and user experience
* Supporting CRM and CDP platform development, integrations and optimisation
* Driving a test‑and‑learn culture to continuously improve performance and customer outcomes
About You
You're equal parts analytical and creative – someone who loves blending data with storytelling to deliver communications that feel personal, thoughtful, and on‑brand. You thrive in a collaborative environment yet enjoy owning projects end‑to‑end with confidence and clarity.
You'll Bring
* A strategic mindset with strong execution capability
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proven success in CRM or lifecycle marketing roles
* Experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and CDP environments (LEXER preferred)
* Confidence working cross‑functionally and presenting insights to stakeholders
* A passion for customer experience, personalisation and digital innovation
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering high‑quality work
Your Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing roles (fashion or retail experience a bonus)
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
* Hands‑on experience delivering CRM campaigns with measurable results
* Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, customer journeys and retention strategies
* Familiarity with reporting, analytics and customer metrics including CLTV, NPS and engagement rates
* A love of fashion, style, and the power of meaningful customer connection
