This role involves managing a portfolio of events at our venue. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the management team to deliver successful events that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating various events, including conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and corporate functions.
* Clients Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
* Logistics and Operations: Oversee event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and decor.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
