**About Our Client**:

Day to day duties include:
- Presentation & document preparations as required, including drafting of correspondence.
- Manage, review and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for the department. This includes being the central collation point for documents requiring signing and distribution within related departments.
- Manage compliance with DMS processes, which includes scanning and ensuring final copies of documents are uploaded.
- Maintain an electronic filing system for confidential and other company information.
- Maintain relevant databases for the department.
- Book meetings and carry out other administrative functions for the department.
- Arrange functions and catering as required.
- Process invoices/purchase requisitions etc. in SAP in a timely manner.
- Provide formatting of other documents, reports and presentations as required.
- Book travel and accommodation when required which involves completing the travel request forms and forward to Travel Administrator.
- Order PPE equipment as required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Strong experience as PA/ EA
- Mining experience highly regarded
- Experience in accounts or commercial would be beneficial
- Experience in SAP, INX/ Enable also great
- Maintain a highly effective customer service culture, with the ability to follow up customer requests and ne
- Positive attitude and the willingness to work outside your position description when required.
