NLS is NSW's number-one provider of Dance Instructors/Teachers for schools, clubs, OSHC and Councils.
We have positions all over Newcastle & Recent South Wales. We are looking for Dance Instructors/Teachers to come and join us in delivering amazing dance programs across Newcastle.
Schedule
* Morning (6:30 AM – 9 AM)
* In‐school time (9 AM – 3 PM)
* After‐school (3 PM – 5 PM)
* Both midweek and weekend work are available
Qualifications & Experience
* Sports coaching/playing experience
* Paid Working with Children (WWC) Check
* Child Protection Training (preferred)
* First Aid + CPR Training (preferred)
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Attend and conduct all training sessions
* Attend and facilitate all competition games (if required)
* Being reliable and organised
Additional Skills & Abilities
* Knowledge of standard coaching practices
* Independently handle multiple sporting priorities
* Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships & communicate clearly & effectively with students, staff, administrators, and at times parents/guardians
* Ability to exercise sound judgement and handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy, and to maintain confidentiality of information as needed or to protect the rights of individual students
* Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse community
