Responsibilities Include:
Review, prepare, and formalize project tenders.
Develop and manage project budgets, costing, resource plans, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and issue monthly project reports covering safety, engineering, procurement, quality, HR, cost, and schedule status.
Ensure timely engagement of project resources to meet milestones and reduce internal stress.
Take early actions to keep project costs and timelines on track.
Liaise with and manage client relationships to ensure company outcomes are achieved.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proven industry experience (10+ years) in engineering and construction, with demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
Experience in commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of WA Mines Legislation.
Experience engaging with clients and employees to ensure understanding and compliance with OHS regulations, Acts, and Workers Compensation legislation.
Proven ability to manage multi-discipline engineering project teams.
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Developed estimating, scheduling, and analytical skills.
