Our client is a leading 'Not for Profit' Organisation and Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE), and currently seeking a new Business Development Representative, due to experiencing large levels of growth in our business.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for growing the businesses with new customers.
You will be responsible for negotiating and winning contracts and tenders. Sales and quoting enquiries will be maintained via phone, written / online communication, in person and following up potential prospects.
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent Business Development Skills to lead into new and developing markets.
- Minimum five (5) years in a similar role.
- Working history with Social Enterprises an advantage.
- Extensive sales experience with the ability to offer input into strategic, business and marketing plans for the business
- A motivation to meet sales budgets and exceed KPI targets
- Ability to prepare and secure large tender and government sales opportunities.
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
