Reporting to, and responsible for the provision of comprehensive executive and secretarial support to the CEO, Chair and Board, the Executive Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the organisation and the effective delivery of its governance and office functions. This dynamic role encompasses managing internal and external communications, coordinating meetings, diary and travel arrangements, workshops and events, and ensuring timely follow-up of actions. As a central point of contact and organisational support, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in enabling Dairysafe to continue delivering high-quality regulatory services across South Australia.
With a demonstrable track record of delivering high-level, professional and confidential outcomes, the Executive Assistant will contribute to the development and maintenance of organisational systems, policies and procedures, maintain HR and training records, oversee office supplies and manage Dairysafe's website and social media presence.
Interest is sought from motivated administration professionals with demonstrated experience in high-level executive support, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, computer proficiency and the ability to work collaboratively and confidentially with senior stakeholders are essential.
