We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a medium-sized, fully accredited aged care facility in Shepparton.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a true passion for aged care, working closely with your team to ensure the highest level of clinical care is provided to residents.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the overall operations of the aged care facility
* Maintain ongoing communication with the executive management team
* Lead, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of staff
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards
* Manage financial budgets and resources effectively
* Pay attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy
* Demonstrate resilience and determination in addressing challenges
* Foster a culture of dedication and passion for aged care
Essential Criteria
* Registered Nurse (DIV 1) (desirable)
* Experience managing a residential aged care facility as a DON, FM, or Site Manager
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Knowledge of accreditation standards and continuous improvement processes
* Up-to-date understanding of the changing environment of Aged Care
* Great understanding of aged care legislation
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised with the ability to use online systems
