About the role
As a Sales and Service Contact Centre Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience. You will also be required to travel to different locations and provide staff relief.
Key Responsibilities
* Member Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our members. Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on insurance options, coverage details, and policy inquiries.
* Member Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding member service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist members in resolving inquiries, claims, and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the health insurance industry. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to educate members and make informed recommendations.
* Sales Expertise: Drive new growth by effectively promoting and selling health insurance products to potential members. Utilize your persuasive communication skills to tailor solutions that meet individual member needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience. Collaborate with colleagues to address member needs efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Demonstrate empathy and show initiative
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with capability and willingness to learn new systems
* Driver's license
* Ability to travel to other locations
