The Role:
Our Innisfail Rural Branch is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson to join our rural store supporting local farmers and the agricultural community.
This is a hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for receiving and organising stock, preparing customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and helping keep the store and warehouse running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure farmers get the supplies they need, when they need them.

What You’ll Do:
This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive rural environment and play an important role in keeping local farms running:
* Stock control and receiving of goods
* Stock distribution, storing and preparing for dispatching.
* Load and unload trucks
* Record chemicals as per Lindsay Rural procedures
* Maintain accurate and efficient stock control at all times
* Counter / store front sales and service as required
* General store duties as required
* Providing friendly support to customers and staff
What You’ll Bring:
* Current Forklift Licence is essential
* HR Licence highly regarded but not essential
* Reliable, practical, and physically fit
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude and team mindset
* Experience in rural, agricultural, or warehouse work is highly desirable
* Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
* Have a commitment to workplace health and safety
* Ability to work in and around chemical, fertilizer, nutrient and packaging
