APS4 Complaints Business Support Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an APS4 Complaints Business Support Officer to join our Internal Review and Complaints Team based in Geelong. This is a 12-month assignment working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating complaints received, including resolving at point of entry, assessing, recording, and referring as required.
* Contacting relevant stakeholders to confirm receipt of referred complaints and gather information.
* Escalating complaints in accordance with the complaint handling process.
* Contribution to record-keeping activities to ensure records are accurate and current.
* Coordinating correspondence, briefing, and reporting functions as required.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office and records management systems.
* Timely and accurate input of data.
* Ability to work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member.
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize ever-changing workloads.
